Chelsea play at 5.30pm, visiting current champions Leicester at the KCOM Stadium as they hope to recover from the 2-0 defeat at Spurs last week.
Elsewhere, Arsenal go to Swansea City at 3pm, while Watford host Middlesbrough, Burnley host Southampton, bottom side Hull welcome Bournemouth and Stoke go to Sunderland.
West Ham host Crystal Palace at the London Stadium, with the home side without Dimitri Payet after Slaven Bilic revealed the Frenchman did not want to play for the club.
