Klopp ‘keeping tabs’ on Benfica striker for summer

Jurgen Klopp has apparently identified Benfica striker Raul Jimenez as a potential transfer target for the summer.
Squawka claim that Jimenez will stay at Benfica in January and that will subsequently prevent a move from Liverpool.
However, they will keep tabs on the 25-year-old ahead of a possible summer move, with Klopp keen to add to his attacking options.
Jimenez has been watched by a number of Premier League clubs and was expected to sign for West Ham in August 2015, but he didn’t show up for his medical.
The Mexico international has eight goals in all competitions for table-toppers Benfica, and has had spells Club America and Atletico Madrid in the past.
Reports in the Mirror on Sunday link Liverpool with Swedish midfielder Emil Forsberg, currently at RB Leipzig.
The 25-year-old is said to be valued at £20million, but Leipzig will be in no hurry to sell after their incredible start to the Bundesliga season.
