Marcus Rashford

Jose Mourinho insists he does not have a “problem” over whether to play Zlatan Ibrahimovic or Marcus Rashford.

Mourinho will lead Manchester United into his first derby against bitter rivals City on Saturday, with the clash taking place at Old Trafford.

Summer signing Ibrahimovic has started the season as a bonafide first-choice striker in the United line-up, and the club have won each of their opening three Premier League games, with the Sweden international scoring three goals.

But Rashford has emerged as a legitimate challenger, having scored the winner against Hull a fortnight ago, as well as a hat-trick on his England under-21 debut.

Some expect the young striker to start against City, but Mourinho insists he does not face a “problem” when it comes to selecting his squad.

“I never have a problem when I have good players and good players are available,” Mourinho said when asked of the supposed dilemma.

“The problem is to not have solutions or players. At this moment we have a completely fit squad.

“The problem is that they arrive at different times from internationals. Nobody is really injured, nobody is out of the game, so we are fine, we are ready, we are waiting.”
