Liverpool legends Robbie Fowler, Ian Rush, Luis Garcia and Gary McAllister are currently accompanying the Reds on their pre-season tour of the United States.
While they are mostly undertaking ambassadorial roles for the club, the quartet had some free time by the pool to take on the ice bath challenge.
Two of the former players get into a bath at the same time that is filled with ice and water - approximately reaching a chilly one degree celsius - and have to last two minutes to complete the task.
With the current Liverpool squad having to stay in the pool for around ten minutes after a game, the legends were getting a small taste of the recovery work their fellow Reds endure.
Rush and McAllister are the first to hop in, with the former lost for words at the temperature with Garcia ramping up the ice count halfway through.
The former winger then hops in with Fowler, but who out of the four manages to last the full 120 seconds?
