After seeing his rating in the Football Whispers charts dip below 3.0 for the first time in five weeks, Paris Saint-Germain winger Lucas Moura has shot to the top of Liverpool's rumoured targets, as a possible transfer continues to be discussed.
The 23-year-old Brazilian scored an impressive 13 goals in 32 starts for the Ligue 1 champions in all competitions last season.
2. Mahmoud Dahoud (Borussia Monchengladbach) - 3.3
Several British newspapers have linked Germany U21 international Dahoud with a move to Anfield in the past and he remains in the top three of the Football Whispers list.
Dahoud is an energetic all-round midfield talent, combining a tireless work rate and incisive movement with a broad range of passing and tenacious ball-winning abilities.
3. Jonathan Tah (Bayer Leverkusen) - 2.6
Rumours linking the Merseysiders with a summer swoop for the Leverkusen centre-back have increased of late, so much so that Tah has now jumped into the top three Liverpool targets in the Football Whispers charts.
However, with the 20-year-old Germany international contracted to the Bundesliga club until the end of June 2020, it may not be easy for the Reds to prise the player away from the BayArena.
